Few days ago, I was busy looking for pretty cool costume which I will be wearing on our Christmas Fantasy Party. Yea, I know it's too early for that since it will be held on the 21st of December. But I guess, it's better to be early than late, lolz! Anyway, with all the pretty cool costumes I've seen, I made a final decision--to be a wicked witch! I heard that some of my colleagues will also be wearing a witch costume. A Halloween-Christmas Party? Real cool, huh!
Everyone seems so excited!!! We even have written our Christmas wishlist for our exchange gifts. Mine will be posted below...soon!

Hotel Reservations on Christmas
Christmas season is fast approaching, and I can't help myself thinking about how I am going to celebrate it in a more memorable way. I want to celebrate it far from what we used to do here in the Philippines. Well, celebrating Christmas with the whole family and relatives is incomparable. We used to have our noche buena at twelve o'clock in the morning. And it’s really fun. We all feel that despite the misunderstandings we sometimes have, it’s during Christmas when we learn to forgive and love each other. Spending Christmas with the whole family allows us to renew once again our close family ties. But a family friend invited us to visit them in Europe. So I might consider spending Christmas abroad together with my family.
Jeans Through the Years
So I continued looking at the nudie where I happened to see how it looks on the picture. Actually, I already have skinny jeans as what it is termed here. And I can say that it fits well on me and doesn’t look awkward as what others seem to think so they won’t buy one. If you still haven’t worn one, you have to try on it.
And there’s another one, seven for all mankind, which caters different styles of jeans. Of course, you’d always want to look different each day. So choosing any or all of these types of jeans can make you real different. And you could also have options which you can mix and match on your blouses and shirts.
You have to see them. They really look awesome. They are just a few clicks away so never let this chance to pass by.

Younger Years with Phelios
I was asking myself if there was even a time in my younger years when I enjoyed being a kid. And then I’d speak to myself, telling me that it wasn’t actually a joyful one. So it’s probably the reason why I am having so much fun every time I Download games to my computer. The virtual reality of the funny side of life is actually what you can get when you do play the mac games and even the tycoon games.

Dreaming of a Honda Car
But every time I look into the pictures of automobiles that I’m writing about, especially the Honda Cars, all these boredom would fade away. Of course, these cars are one of the best automobiles there is. There are also times that I am wishing to own one, so I’d canvass for the Honda Car Prices and also the Honda Car Quotes. I told myself that I’ll start saving money so that someday, I won’t just be staring at those car pictures, but instead I’ll be driving one in the future.

Flight to Paris
Taking a flight to Paris is one of my dreams. I wish I could have the means to go there. I know it will take me time. But for the moment, I'd suit myself by looking at the beautiful views of Paris on the internet. I have so many plans when I get there, so I really have to search for the best place where I can stay. Luckily, there's a site that offers the finest Paris bed and breakfast. I'd surely visit the place, and I'll take note of that B&B Paris when I got a chance to travel in Paris.
Road Trip to Europe
Traveling to Europe by car doesn't necessarily require a green card, but it is still advisable to have one as it serves as internationally recognised proof of insurance. Bringing along with you a green card could also make it easier for you to settle claims that may arise due to accident. But if you haven't brought one, you must at least bring with you a certificate of insurance.
Your next concern then is the place where you can stay. You don't have to search farther because Hotels in London, Hotels in Paris, Hotels in Berlin, Hotels in Barcelona, are the best places to go.
Traveling to Europe is one of the exciting moment you will be experiencing. So you have to make the best of it, from renting car to the hotels to stay. Everything in your tour to Europe will be a memorable one when you consider browsing at cheaperthanhotels.co.uk
7 Reasons to Quit Your Job
2. Should you hit the jackpot with an idea, its your company that will collect most of the profits: Most people think that working for an organization is less risky than having your own business. The reasoning is right to a certain extent. After all, a standard job offers a secure pay check at the end of the month. This means that your income has a lower boundary, it will not go below a certain level no matter what. The problem, however, is that this security comes at the expense of limited earning potential. This means that your income will also have an upper boundary. It will not go above a certain level no matter what. Should you come up with a brilliant idea that generate millions for your company, it is unlikely that you will share the profits.
3. Companies pay you for your time, not for the value you create: I confess I have never understood the logic behind hourly wages. People’s salary should be based on the value they bring to the company on not on the number of hours they work weekly or monthly. Some organizations offer performance based retributions, that is a beginning but it is not enough. Think about a book. You are willing to pay a certain price for that book because you will get some value out of it right? Now, it does not matter if the writer took 10, 5 or 2 years to write the book. The price you are willing to pay is still the same and proportional to the value the book has to you.
4. Hierarchy and politics? No Thanks: Large organizations tend to be hierarchical and there is nothing you can do about it. People are classified according to their rank or seniority rather than by the quality of their ideas or by their drive. Sometime ago I was trying to implement the first internal blog for my division. The first thing I did was to call directly the HQ guy who was responsible for the communications platform, and he assured me that it would take no longer than 1 week to set the blog up. Guess what, after a couple of days I received a call from the Communications manager from our division, she wanted to “explain to me the rules of the game”(!). Basically she told me that all the communications related requests needed to pass through her no matter what, and she would therefore take charge of the blog set up. Two months after that call my division was still waiting for the blog.
5. I want to work on my own terms: Some time ago, more specifically under the industrial age, it probably made sense to get people grouped together in a single location, for a specific time span, all wearing a standard uniform. Do the same rules apply to the information age, though? I do not think so. If someday my company will grow so that I will need to hire people all I will tell them is: “Look, I don’t care if you work at 4 pm or in the middle of the night, at home or in the office, and if you do come to the office I don’t care if you wear shorts and sandals just like I don’t care if you listen to music while you work, do as you please as long as you get the job done!”.
6. Even if you screw it up for 10 years you will still learn a lot more: Many people told me to wait a couple of years more before starting my company. They said that I still lacked the experience. Well, maybe they are right and I do lack the experience. So what? Even if I get every thing wrong for the first 10 years I will probably learn a lot more than if I had stayed inside a large corporation. When you go alone you need to take all the decisions, solve all the problems and bear all the responsibility.
7. Are you doing what you love?: Passion is difficult to fake, you are either doing what you love or you are not, there is no in-between. Suppose you just won the lottery and money is not a problem anymore. What kind of work would you still be willing to do even for free? Personally I would write articles to share my ideas and would pursue some entrepreneurial projects. The question then becomes: “Do I really need to win the lottery to start doing that?”. Hell no! Once you realize that, it becomes much easier to drop everything else and start working on things that you really love.

How Many Posts Does Your Blog Need?
Step 1. When you get an idea for a new blog, you may do some keyword research. You have to be thankful if your keyword comes out from 100 to 500 searches a day.
Step 2. Take time to check the competition to see what areas of the topic other sites are covering, and also how the sites are monetized.
Step 3. Settle with a domain name if you can. You could get a domain name for only $10 a year, a good domain name is gold.
Step 4.Set up your blog, and post on it several times over the next month.
Step 5. Write several articles on the blog’s topic, and post them to article directories, to get some links pointing to the blog.
Step 6. You can monetize your blog with AdSense and perhaps an affiliate product or two if it’s appropriate.
Step 7. You may also create a task in your calendar for a couple of months ahead to check whether the blog has been indexed by the major searched engines, and what traffic the blog is getting. Of course, if the blog is making an income for you, You'll be aware of that already.
A blog doesn’t need thousands of posts to make an income for you. A blog with a few posts can be profitable.
So if you’ve been putting off blogging because you can’t face all that writing, try creating smaller blogs. You may be surprised at the results.

Unlimited Trip with Van Insurance
So if time comes that we decide to get one, I’d surely look into the store to find a great deal. I’m pretty sure that whatever ride hassles we might be having in the future, I have nothing to worry much because the van is completely insured. Many people who happened to grab that chance testified that the service at autonetinsurance is really a superb one. So I might try it as well.
Paypal vs. EON Cyber
1. Go to this Unionbank’s link and apply for an EON Cyberaccount online. The process in making your card will take 5 banking days. On the day you are to claim your card from your chosen Unionbank branch, make sure to bring photocopies (back to back) of 2 valid IDs, plus pay an annual fee of 350 pesos right then and there.
2. Activiation of your EON card will take 2 more banking days (sheeesh but what can we do). Then, make sure to check your card on a Unionbank ATM (change the pin if you want), plus deposit P100 to your account. This P100 will be needed to activate your card for Paypal.
3. Enroll your card to Unionbank’s online cyberaccount. This is required to make your card work in Paypal. The customer service said it will activate after 2 banking days before I could login.
4. Though I was unable to login in my EON cyberaccount that time, I was able to add my EON card to Paypal. And since I am unable to set a withdrawal limit (paypal rules) so I have to enroll my EON card to the Expanded Use Program. This is where the P100 you will be depositing comes in. The Expanded Use enrollment in Paypal is pretty simple but it will take 5 more banking days before you could avail of the required 4-digit number from Unionbank’s customer service.
Home Sweet Home Through Magic Loans
Just recently, my hubby and I have been looking for loan assistance. We are planning to have our own house built in our abandoned lot. But we don’t have enough budget to finance all the expenses, which for sure will cost us thousands if not a million. We headed to our computer, and searched on the net about loan assistance. There were various loan offers, but we’ve chosen only the best. It reads about Home Equity Loans which Magic Loans are offering for any purpose. And since we intend to use it to finance the house construction, we look into their homeowner loan offer. It says there that they allow repayment of the loan from 3 to 30 years. So hubby and I agreed to grab the opportunity as soon as we settle things concerning the house construction.
