A First Time Buyer Mortgage
As a couple, we decided to rent an apartment so we can start on our own. But as time went by, we both realized that we’ve been spending a lot for the rental fee, which is very much impractical. So just recently, my hubby and I talked about looking for a company from which we could ask for assistance on mortgage. We are planning to have our own house built so it’ll be forever owned by us. It’s just timely because I happened to find this read on the internet First Time Buyer Mortgage. Since it will be our first time to ask for such kind of mortgage assistance, I learned that there has to be valued property that we must own in order to avail that offer. Good thing, we still don’t sell our lot in the province. And perhaps, it’ll just be used as our collateral.
Computer Training
I have always loved great innovation, not to mention, high technologies. And computer has always been on my top list. While I already learned about some computer basics during high school, I still consider enrolling myself into a computer training. But since I work 8 hours, 5 days a week, it'll be very difficult for me to add another set of hours just to go to school. Computerbasedtrainings, however, came in so timely allowing me to do multi-tasking: working and at the same time attending computer trainings without leaving my seat here in the office. So I’m now thinking on what computer courses I have to take. And I’m pretty sure that they also include Leadership training on all of the courses available.

Chat and Find a Date Online
Reminiscing those times when I shared sweet nothings to a few of them makes me feel overjoyed. So I browse through the net to once again cherish the fun of making friends online. Luckily, I’ve come across a site that offers free dating, free live chat and free phone chat. This one is far better than what I used to hang out then. Not only I will be making friends and date a few of them, I could also do some of my personal hobbies, and not to mention, blogging.
Have you also at one time experience making friends online, and date a few of them? You better try friendsation.com. After all, it’s 100% FREE!
Cash Advance
I've been working for over a year already and I can say that it’s cool despite the pressure which I had to undertake. But there are really times when you can’t hold on your temper because of work-related reasons that you can’t understand. One point that irritates me is the delay on salary release. It’s written on the company’s handbook, and is clearly stated there the schedule of paydays, which is on every 15th and 30th of the month.
Since we are expecting our salary on those supposed dates, you would then see us line-up to the ATM machines. Come to think of it, the line is a “no joke” for it’ll surely piss you off. And that can even worsen when you found out that there’s not even a single cent added to your account. It’s really irritating, isn’t it? Good enough, I was able to bump over a website that offers cash advance and payday loans
So whether or not I am paid on time, I have something to rely on when emergency knocks on. I’m really grateful for I have known a site that offers such.

10 Lies Big Companies Tell Their Employees
We’re Working On It
Managers are busy; they often have one million requests in queue. Whatever it is might be “on their list” but they can only do one thing at a time. Often “we’re working on it” means we know about it and should do something about it but don’t have time so we’ll put you off until you drop it or forget about it.
Its Only Temporary
Companies tell you this to ease the transition during times of change; they don’t really know if it’s temporary or not. If it works out in their favor it will likely end up being permanent.
I Don’t Know
Often there are times when a manager does know something; they just don’t want to tell you for one reason or another. I’d rather them say they know but can’t or won’t tell me than lie to my face.
Its Company Policy
This one is just as infuriating as when you asked your mom or dad why and the response was, because we say so and we’re your parents. Any company can make exceptions to their own rules. They encourage “thinking out of the box” when it comes to saving or making the company money but when it comes to company policy for employees they like to keep you trapped in the box.
More Money Won’t Make You Happy
My boss once said something to the effect of, “I can’t make them happy by giving them more money. If they don’t like it here, they’ll leave eventually”. What managers really mean, “it’s not worth it to us to pay you that much”. Companies can’t motivate you with money and still make their corporate profit targets so they use lame replacements such as occasional pizza parties or Hawaiian shirt Fridays.
We Want You to Have a Life Outside Work
Oh, by the way. The client moved up the deadline, I need those TPS reports by tonight, and it’s your week to carry the pager. Enough said.
The Customer is Always Right
Sometimes the customer is misguided or misinformed. Other times what they’re asking for just isn’t worth it for the company or for your time. However, in an effort to appease the customer at all costs, managers will do whatever it takes, including asking you to work all hours.
We Reward Excellence
This one is more a bending of the truth than a lie. The company may actually reward their top performers but often the reward is not commensurate with the effort you put in. So while technically they do offer small rewards to some people, the majority of excellence you exhibit goes unrewarded.

Hotel Reservations
But it's been a long time since my grandma, who's in Australia right now, celebrated Christmas with us. So I might consider spending Christmas abroad together with my family. Granny informed us that if we decided to visit her in Australia, we are much welcomed to stay in her house. But I guess, we might just stay in a hotel since our big family will be going there, and I doubt it if we can all fit in my granny’s house. While the decision is not yet final, I’m now looking for a very affordable and accommodating hotel where we can stay.
As I browse the net, I find this read that talk about Hotel Reservations. We will surely need this one especially that Christmas is a peak season when people might be traveling to and fro any country, which is for sure can cause much hassle. And what's good thing about hotel reservations is their lowest rate offer. Where on earth can you save 70% off from checking in hotels? Aside from the low-cost of checking in any of their hotels, you'll also love the place itself. What a great place to celebrate Christmas. By just looking at all the features of the hotel, I might as well make it as my final decision, and that is to spend our Christmas in Australia.
