Talk About Greatest Invention

Some of the biggest inventions we've seen to mankind allowed us to connect to anyone around the world, cut travel time from months to hours, and even build things never imagined before. Lets think, the invention of the telephone is quite unimaginable if you've never experienced it before. It literally allows a person in one spot to talk to someone thousands of miles away, in real time. Then there's the airplane, you can fly from one body of land, to another all of which would have taken months in the old days. Then there's the machines, from manufacturing to designing. Using software such as AutoCad to design some of the most complex structures and devices ever created.

So what is the next Greatest Invention? We have a good idea what it will be, but theres no saying how much of an impact it will cause on mankind. Like the computer, or the car, the next invention will revolutionize the way we live. This technology is known as nanotechnology. Technology so small, that it is ten to the negative nine meters small!

Nanotechnology already exists, and its applications are massive. The technology allows one to create things at a much smaller scale, stronger, and even more complex. Everything we own today, nanotechnology can be applied to it to make it a much more durable object. It reinforces the bonds between atoms and creates a more interwebbed atomic structure. Not only does it make things durable, it can work wonders in the medical fields.

This technology is still very in the research and development phase. Scientists and professors around the world are researching the phenomenon. Testing and configuring the atomic structures of carbon in such a strand to create the most efficient way of layering the nano carbon fibers. The more strands they can stick together, the stronger the bond becomes. Not only that, scientists and engineers must determine a way to manufacture their products on a large scale cheaply and efficiently if they ever want to see their inventions come to realtiy. Finding the balance between cost, workability and efficiency is the key to winning in the field of nanotechnology.

In all, nanotechnolgy will emerge in the airplane, computer, car, army, and medical fields the most due to the high demand and potential that it can serve. The race to invent the next greatest nanotechnology is on.
